I think the best way to avoid this problem is to avoid oily food and avoid excessive eating. Moreover, eating foods like yogurt can also help to overcome this kind of problem. I have suffered from this issue and I can confirm that yogurt help when it comes to gas problem. Having said that, avoiding food like bubble gum and fiber-rich foods can also prevent bloating to some extent. Avoiding spicy foods can also prevent stomach acidity and gas.

There so many ways of managing or stopping this completely. I will advise such person lives a healthy lifestyle first. Avoid eating fried or oily food as you have stated. Apart from the kind of food you eat, your routine, you should add exercise and drink enough water in the morning. You should sleep with pillow, this is very important, you may not believe. Watch food that trigger it, some would say beans, some oil. Be watchful of what you eat and make sure you eat at the right time. Eat more of fruit.
