If you've been dealing with low energy during hours you are supposed to be productive then it's likely you have developed fatigue, it's not an illness just a state your body gets in when it's tired of the grind.

To deal with fatigue you have to choose to rest, in our hustle culture of go, go, go, it can be very hard, take some hours off or a day and just rest your body.

Sleep adequately, get your 7-8 hours of sleep everyday, it gives you the energy and vitality to attack the next day.

By doing the above you'll be able to maintain your energy level and fight off fatigue.

Sleep for 7 - 9 hours each night. Ensure that you take balanced diet full of fruits, raw vegetables and whole grain foods to provide energy in your body. Just a few steps on the stairs or a brief walk can improve one’s energy, if one exercises regularly. There is tendency to easily get tired if you are not properly hydrated. Reducing sources of stress through relaxation methods such as, meditation or deep breathing. Rest every time you find time to. It's is very important. Don't joke with night sleep too.

Sleep is a big problem for a lot of people that complains about fatigue, if you are not getting enough sleep then you'll always be fatigued, according to a scientist, 7 hours sleep is enough for a human being, the proponent of hustle culture will say they'll prefer to work overnight.

But I think is basically missing the forest for the trees and if you don't get enough sleep your productivity will invariably take a hit making your input less effective in what you are doing.

Get enough sleep and drinking a lot of water can solve the problem for most.

When it comes to dealing with fatigue, it is usually different for each individual, I know some who tends to take sleeping pills and other supplements before he can recover from fatigue. In my case I just need a good night sleep and good food.
