To stay healthy and active everday, begin your morning with Kegel exercises between 5:At 30 am and 6:00 am to help you build up the muscles ofthe abdomen. Take at least 2 eggs per day and 1 fruit; do not take processed foods such as pizza, burger, doughnut among others. Take 5,000 steps, avoid lift use and take stairs, and 20 minutes of sunbathing for vitamin D source and drink at least 2 liters of water. Energy should be preserved at all costs and beer, cigarettes, sexual activity, and masturbation should be excluded from the list. The last tip is: had at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night.

To add this to, always ensure you eat good food that contain proper balance diet. Avoid eating food that contains processed sugar such as soft drinks like coke and the likes, snacks or junk like cakes, meat pie and so on should be avoided.
