Diet has a greatly impact on your health, I do believe this alot. Unhealthy diet inflicts many problems some of which even medical practice cannot nicely fix. For instance, eating too much ofjunk foods will lead to such diseases as diabetes or even heart ailments. And even if you take medicine, the root cause, which is poor diet, is still there.

On the same breath, when you take your meals onthe right foods such as fruits, vegetables and whole grain products the body is strong to fight off diseases. Here, you may only require no remedy at all since your body’s natural system is already in a healthy state.

So it can beseen from the current discussion that what you eat on a daily basis is like a natural medicine. A Healthy Diet can also mean a lowered need for medication and can greatly decrease health complications.

Yes, there's a saying that goes thus 'let food by thy medicine' it is a concept of getting people to use food as their medicine, which simply means using your food as. Means to strengthen your body immunity, there are different ways you can make this happen, by studying food itself and it's composition.

Understanding the kind of nutrients every food offers gives you an advantage on navigating how to use or eat food for functionality instead of taste, due to heavy adverts of a lot of bad foods, like those containing ridiculous amounts of sugar, we think it's enjoyment when we eat them.

Our diet and lifestyle is indeed our medicine. I won't even advice people to take or rely on medicine on a regular basis. Like it or not, medicines are made from chemical, and our body goes through a lot of stress just to break it down which can damage our body on the long run.
