Sleep is one of the most important ingredient of a healthy life, but is the least talked about, how can you regulate your sleep and get the most out of it?

First of all, you'll have to choose a sleeping schedule, optimally, you are supposed to sleep for atleast 8 hours everyday, depending on how early you hit the sack.

You should also sleep in a dark room, as it helps people that finds it difficult it fall asleep, keep your phone away, there is a high tendency to spend time on your phone when you bring it to bed also.
