Some of the things we eat are not friendly to our teeth. You taking cold water or eating sugary food everytime is bad for your teeth. Some people even eat things like string bone, cut metallic material with their teeth. Your teeth don't need such stress ass much as it's not complaining now, it might do that later. Especially when you are ageing. Don't share tooth brush. Make sure you rinse your teeth properly after eating and ensure you remove every left over food hanging in your teeth before sleeping. Visit your doctor (dentist) every 6 months for checkup and if you have any complain before then you should visit and not wait for the next 6 months to come.
