How to ensure that an employee is honest?

In most organizations, employees have access to confidential information, and if the information is leaked to a business rival, it can cause great losses. Additional some dishonest employees may also be involved in corporate espionage, damaging expensive equipment. So how can an organization or company ensure that the employee is honest and sincere, does not cause losses to his employer?

It is not possible to know whether your worker or staff is honest or not without letting him or work work for you. Honesty is not written over someone's forehead. You will know whether the person is honest or not after you judge his work. Honesty is highly requires soft sklll but sadly it is also one of the skills that is difficult to find ad people are greedy and want to benefit form every opportunity.

I advise you to know deeply about employee information before awarding them the role. Checking background history could be an imperative step that assures you of the person you want to employ. Some people could set up trap for the employee to confirm the level of their integrity.

The employees could be honest but there are not honest employers in other factors than trying to get employees to work for free and not pay them or treat them as animals or even trying to exercise violence either physical violence or trying to force them to be his girlfriend or being fired from work. It is not all the time that you are accepted to work at a company means it is an honest person unfortunately.

I don't know how employers or businesses mitigate this risk. Top brands like Pepsi, coke, cardbury and the rest have their formulae to protect. I wonder how they employee trust worthy workers that don't sell out their secret recipe. Probably they include it in the agreement or so. I wonder why we don't see copy cats flying everywhere, surely all through the time they have existed, they have fired or lost workers, do you think those workers don't have their recipe or strategies , you think they are not interested in owning something close to that or even selling it out for reward.
