It's very important to build strong immune system. Our body is properly built by God but things we feed on damage us over time. We need to watch what we take in. We call it food doesn't mean everybody has to take it. There are things you wouldn't eat even though others too. Your genetical structure is different. You should eat more of fruits and green plants like vegetables. This will keep you healthy. Watch what you eat like I said before now. Don't eat contaminated food. Focus on fruits that have low sugar content they are good for the body. Cucumber, avocado, watermelon and those in this category are very effective in boosting your immune system.
