How do you stay motivated running your business?

Running a business can be difficult or challenging, and in most cases it can be pretty hard for the business owner to stay motivated, especially when the business is not going as planned. One thing that keeps me motivated when running my business is my reason for starting the business in the first place. How do you stay motivated?

For me to remain motivated in the business, I need to make sales. As long as I am generating sales, I will be making profits. Making profits will always come as a great motivation factor, when there are no sales, motivation to run the business will go away. I constantly focus on generating sales, so that I can remain motivated to run the business. Becoming successful in something itself comes as a great motivation factor
