I see a lot of businesses being outsourced to outsiders way too early and due to this, the business ends up failing, outsourcing to others means they get to make decisions on the company's growth and how it's been run etc, before you outsource a business, It's important to understand how it's run and document it as a guidelines for others.

And even after outsourcing you should be able to know what's going on with the business so that you can be able to make corrections where you see any and not just leaving the business to run on an autopilot.
