When you have no one to turn to or with whom to discuss your issues relating to your mental health, get a pen and paper and write it down. It can calm you down and make your mind less occupied. I feel participating in online groups is the best; there are often many friendly people who can help you. Hypo Techniques such as relaxation techniques – deep breathing, or meditating, would also assist one to feel more relaxed. It an even releases positive energy (at least that is what I found) when you take a walk or run around the block. If possible, use a mental health app or contact free helpline for counselling. Just remember, you aren’t the only one and yes there are ways of receiving support it may seem hard at times.
