An engaging email has a magnetic feel from the start of opening the email. It has a cheerful, easygoing language, which gives the businessman a kind, direct message as if it had been written for them. Short and to the point messages contain a lot of focus and minimal frills to distract the reader away from the main ideas. Every portion of the email is intended to hook the reader and make him want more which, in some cases might mean using a question or call for action. All in all, a magnetic email is just an informative and friendly dialogue, rather than an advertisement, in which the recipient gets the signal about what should be done next.

Most marketers fail to understand that people are more incline to buy a product if it connects with them at a deeper level, not just surface stuff that everyone one can copy and paste, think about products like Apple, what do they communicate, it's class elegance and luxury, or product like Louis Vuitton, know the kind of feeling you want you product to invoke in others and work towards giving them that.

It should reflect in your messaging, emails, product offering, advertisements and any kind of communication between the customer and the product, sales becomes easier and faster that way.
