Yes, you can start a faceless channel, if you're not comfortable in front of a camera, it is also very cheap to start with a faceless YouTube channel the only thing you need is a micro phone and editing skills, you can learn them overnight on platforms like Canva and it's absolutely free.

Start by writing your own script and then record it, go to platforms like Pexels.com to download videos and embed them on your videos to make them interesting, it is also a numbers game, the more you post the more results you get.

I have tried this and it's great but not as easy as it's said. You need much time, consistency infact you will be highly frustrated as somee point, if you give in you fail, of you don't you lose. Incase you fail, you wulo start all over but if you hold on you will grow more than you can imagine. You need to post interesting content and don't give your audience the impression that they can't see your face and they shouldn't trust you. I don't know how you want to achieve that but the thing is if they don't believe in you it is a problem.
