I don't think there's a right time of starting a business, there's only supply and demand, you offer people what they want to and you get paid, which is totally independent with the state of economy, I think it's a wrong mindset to think you'll have to wait for everything to line up before you get started because it may never happen.

Your job as a business owner is to figure out a need in your niche and find a way to satisfy such need with your business idea and to also have the skills required to make it happen, state of economy has nothing to do with it.

There is certainly the right time to start a business. If you start your business at the right time, you have higher chances of becoming successful. There are a lot of factors that determine what time is the right time for your business. The type of product you sell determines whether the time is right or not. For instance, can you sell jackets and sweaters during the summer, can you sell swimsuits and flip flops during the winter? Well, you might generate occasional sale but not much

People who are waiting for the right time to start a business, are simply making excuses. The right time to start a business is when you actually decide to start. Starting a business can be tough, most people would say it's survival of the fittest. No one would make things easy for you simply because your business is new. You have to make your own way.
