When it forms to eating or stuffs that deals with diet and nutrition what gets touted a lot is the balanced diet, where you try to get some share of each nutrient in your meals, but most people do not really notice what happens, and how it all comes together in our stomach.

When you combine a Protein which is Acidic and Carbohydrates with is Alkaline, they produce a neutral reaction in your stomach, just observe, most of the times when you eat a voluminous food with all sort of nutrients you feel hungry quickly due to the neutral reaction from various combinations.

Balanced diet is a diet that contains all the six or seven classes of food. However, it doesn't mean you have to eat carbohydrate, protein, vitamin and mineral at a time. You can just spread them across your day. Like ensuring you take, protein, carbohydrate, and mineral in a day. Vitamins are highly essential. You have to eat a lot of fruits and drink plenty water. Sometimes people don't follow a healthy diet because of lack of money while some are not educated to know the importance. You should eat what you can and not eating excess as well.
