How to treat shoulder pain?

Many women use shoulder bags outdoors since they are convenient and their hands remain free for other work. However, if the bag is very heavy, it can cause shoulder pain, and in some cases, the pain is so severe that it is very difficult to sleep at night. In other cases, sleeping on the shoulder can cause shoulder pain. So, other than not carrying heavy bags on the shoulder, is there any other method to prevent shoulder pain? Also, what is the best way to alleviate the shoulder pain other than resting the shoulder? Are there any home remedies which are effective in reducing shoulder pain?

I'd recommend doing some crunches, it will help your shoulders to stop pains, you can build a lot of stamina in your shoulder through steady push ups, make it your goal to do at least 50 push ups a day, it will help your shoulders to be strong and later progress to lifting weights.

You can also build great resistance by eating healthy food, they might be expensive but over time it's worth the expense, good nutrients will replenish your body and offer you great resistance in your muscle which makes breakdown of the tissues hard unless a direct force is exerted on them.
