Many women use shoulder bags outdoors since they are convenient and their hands remain free for other work. However, if the bag is very heavy, it can cause shoulder pain, and in some cases, the pain is so severe that it is very difficult to sleep at night. In other cases, sleeping on the shoulder can cause shoulder pain. So, other than not carrying heavy bags on the shoulder, is there any other method to prevent shoulder pain? Also, what is the best way to alleviate the shoulder pain other than resting the shoulder? Are there any home remedies which are effective in reducing shoulder pain?
