The first step of course starts with getting a degree. In our country, getting a degree is not enough to get a job. Once you have a degree you are required to apply for a licence. You need to sit in competitive exams to get a licence. Getting a licence does not guarantee you a job but it will make you eligible for jobs, whether in a private sector or in the government sector. In our country, government jobs are considered better than private jobs. That because government offers better perks and pay scale.
