Therefore, it is important to keep your customers happy too. You also need to connect with your customers through social media and regularly update your customers about new offers, new products, deals, and even give discounts. When you are connected with your customers, it will help you maintain their trust, which in turn makes them keep coming back to you for more.

When I was younger I sold in my sister's store. I could remember some customers that will prefer buying for me even if there was a change of price. If I don't have any of the products they seek, they would rather go back home. Even if they try buying somewhere else, I see this reluctancy on their face. They were just connected. They were just so acclimatized to coming to my shop to buy things and they trust my decision. I think I attend to them well, I couldn't even tell what I did differently then, I couldn't cut costs because that wasn't my business. So I don't really know how I kept them coming.
