If you live in the city this might be a little costly, thereby reducing the profit at the end of the day. I will suggest you try it in a developing state. You can hire a land(probably an hectre) just for on year. This shouldn't cost up to N300k in a rural place. Get people to farm cassava on your new land. The cultivation and everything to get the plant grow to a matured state shouldn't cost up to N300k as well. Let's say at the end you are spending N500K - N600k. A year after, the cassava would have yielded x3 of the capital. You can even get more than that depending on how you sale your harvest.
