If you are running a blog, you need regular readers on your blog. However, attracting a ton of users without offering something tangible can be really tricky. For instance, how can you build users on your forum if you do not offer incentives. If you are paying your users for activities on your site, you will have to generate enough revenue on your site not only to pay your users but also to cover website running cost. Incentives are a powerful tool for driving user engagement and retention on platforms. By offering rewards for desired behaviors, platforms can incentivize users to take actions that benefit the platform, such as creating content, participating in community discussions, or making repeat purchases. Incentives can also help to create a sense of loyalty and belonging among users, fostering a strong and dedicated user base.

Moreover, incentives can help platforms stand out in a crowded marketplace and attract new users. By offering enticing rewards, platforms can entice users to choose their platform over competitors, ultimately driving growth and success.

I agree that incentives are a major attraction for some users of a new website especially paid to post forums. Posting on forums daily is very time consuming, and most internet users are spending a limited amount of time daily online, so if they paid the incentive promised, they are more likely to post. Advertising the incentive offered extensively can also help in attracting new users. I had promoted another forum elsewhere writing a promotional article, and the forum got a few new users

It has both sense direction, some users use shortcut way to reach payout despite the quality of posting, or think that admin is someone paying money without checking back if it is pasted from somewhere or used AI to generate text.

For a forum sites, offering incentives might help you get users and activities. However, this can be expensive especially if your site is new and is not making money yet. Furthermore, you need to attract a lot of traffic to earn and the earnings you generate from your site might not be enough. I was once operating a forum site, I also hired poster to post on my forums, my forum was monetized with adsense, yet I was unable to generate income, so I sold the site for a loss.
