If you do your work well and be proactive, show new dexterities, nobody will displace you, nobody will overthrown you. Aside from misunderstandings or people's negligence who could be indirectly connected to you you won't have problem. But if you are active and taking up your role deligently, this latter part I mentioned you should be conscious of. So many workers have been fired over other people's mistakes, you should be careful. Some were called back and reinstated while some didn't have such luck in their cupboard so you should watch out for people's actions that could drag you down with them.

Hey friend! If you want to keep your job, there is need for you to follow some terms. Firstly, you need to be very awesome at what you do. Secondly, you should show up on time, meet deadlines, and go above and beyond to make achieve good result. Thirdly, Communicate with your team and boss, and take the feedback very seriously. You need to stay organized and manage your time very well. If you follow all of this, trust me, your boss will love you for it.

Sometimes, even after following all of the rules and alluding to all the terms and conditions you can still end up getting sacked from your workplace it's real and many people that get laid off from their jobs did not do anything wrong they're just at the wrong place, I'll advise employees to always find a way to start up a business and work on their passion in a way that brings money to them.

So that even if they get flipped by their employer they'll get a soft landing outside or even be better off, it should be the goal of everyone to make money for themselves.

You cannot get sacked for no reason, when you are sacked, there will always be some reasons. One of the most common reasons for losing a job is not doing the job properly, and disregarding all the warnings you have received previously. When you are on a job, you are not being paid for just being in the workplace, you are being paid for your work, if you do not do proper work, you are likely to be terminated. You will be able to avoid termination only when you are sincere on the job

You don't get sacked for no reason, well what about the 10,000 employees that were sacked by Facebook, did they all did something wrong, what about the Google layoffs in thousands too, a company reserves the right to sack whoever they deem fit with zero explanation, I agree some people lose jobs due to their carelessness.

But you can also get sacked arbitrarily by the owner, hence I've always advocate for having an exit plan as an employee because anything can happen on a job and you can't influence it, you should only be comfortable if you're in the c suite.
