All you have to do is proper scheduling. Try to give yourself some break even if it's 25 minutes interval after every task. Do not sit at a point till you get all your tasks done, fatigue will set in. But when you move around you will catch some fresh air, hence re-energize yourself. This might look like some form of delays but it's not. It will just let get so many tasks done without much stress. The secret is for you to try not to carry out a lot of tasks in a short period of time. Do it bit by bit.
