Degrees are wonderful if you desire to be a doctor, lawyer, engineer or architect, etc however they ain’t the only way. Sacred callings such as acquiring a trade or skill on the other hand are as effective. The former is chasing mechanical problems away, repairing cars, cutting wigs or enjoying tech related jobs while earning good pay without the burden of fees for further education forming a huge hole in their wallet. Therefore, if you have that burning desire for something involve use of the hands, do not let go of that. Exhort people to pursue what they like doing, whether it’s a degree course or a trade. Bottom line: In other words, just do what you are good at, so long as you are doing something.

I think vocation is way important than a degree, I've seen a lot of people that got their degrees later in life and they did just fine, I only recommend a degree if you're studying a professional course like you're training to be a doctor, engineer or a nurse for example.

Vocation will teach you indemand skills that can help you to move on in life and you'll be taught by mentors who have tested and tried such business and are making money out of it, but you can study a degree course that do not have a applicable use outside of the classroom.

Both should be encouraged, but a degree is not actually important. Education is the pillar that holds your degree, and once you are educated, having a degree is not mandatory. I will stand with vacation for educated people.
