Small habits build big results.. For me, starting the day with a 5 to 10 minute stretch has helped me with focus and positivity. I used to underestimate routines so one day I decided to try it out and I have to say, i have realized how powerful small daily changes can be. What's one habit you have started that made a real difference in your life? doesn't matter how little it is.

I say you keep pushing. We all have fears. Now go on, head to head. Face your fears one at a time daily. Don't run away from them. This habit will make you a free man. If you continue, I mean consistent you will achieve more than you have ever imagined.
