You can make money from trading online but it takes time and a lot of grit to be able to pull it off, some years ago it was totally impossible because you need a really big capital to get started, but nowadays with propfirms you don't need a large capital you can use your own money to buy a funded account.

If you can trade successfully, you can actually make a living with this, you only need a little percentage every month, for example if you cling a $100,000 account just 3% per month and you are up $3000, which is more than enough.

Trading is a good way of making money provided you ha e all the skills, information and tools required. You also need to have huge capital. Just as you said $100, 000 is a whole lot. With this kind of capital and sufficient skills you can make trading a source of livelihood. To trade with this huge amount of capital, you need to know what you are doing so you don't regret and shift to zero in a second. Trading is profitable as volatile or risky as it's. You don't have to be greedy. Always put your emotions in check and know when to quit for the day.

Well, I have not tried trading as a full time job, in fact I am not even involved with trading. I trade just occassionally. However, based on my limited experience and also form my own research I can say it is very possible to make full time income as a trader. You can trade stocks, forex, or even crypto and make money.
