I find health insurance to be must have even if you are healthy and also have money because you don't literally know when sickness will strike you and without a health insurance you can be stranded big time, so it is important to get a health insurance, I think it is pretty cheap to get one with a decent coverage and a low premium.
You're better off with a health insurance than paying for your medical bills because it run down your savings and you have to start all over again, instead of just getting your insurance provider to bear the costs for a small premium.
