So many people want to work in a company or firm. The news is, you might keep doing this till your retirement. Salaries won't build you a castle, your personal business would. When you work for someone, it's like you are grounded, you hardly have time for yourself.

The more you work hard the more they see opportunity to stretch you to your elastic limit. You don't want to get to your breaking point before you think outside of the box. Get creative, the little money your earned or saved over time, establish something for yourself. This might take some time and strategies to flourish but don't expect to be so wealthy while earning salary. The peace of mind you crave for might not even come with salary work.

You cannot blame them as the company says that is what I could pay you on the moment, they could not promise something they cannot do. If you are unsatisfied with salary do not renew contract of work or require to stop your work contract and search for work elsewhere. The boss says the truth from the beginning.

Getting a job, working on a job and climbing up the corporate ladder to gain more money and supercharge your career is easier than to start on your own and build your career. Therefore, the best alternative for a job is never a self employment or a business. What if you never succeed, what if you never make money, what is your plan does not succeed. There are a lot of what ifs. If you are not treated well by your employer, you can always ditch that job and start fresh in other company

I agree with you, getting a job can be tempting and the truth is, you can't achieve total freedom working a job, but then people are different and some might be comfortable working a job because they don't have much drive or they like what they do.

The only time you should work if you want to be an entrepreneur is when you want to gather up capital, do not overstay your welcome, start a small business and grow from there.
