Find a sheet of paper and write down all of the meaningful tasks you do in a day for example let's say exercise, cooking, working and learning and write down the hours it takes you to accomplish each task, be as realistic as possible and add the hours together.

You should then minus those hours from your waking hours, a normal human being sleeps for 8 hours and have 16 waking hours, now minus the time it takes you to complete your tasks from your waking hours and all of a sudden you will figure out how much free time you have and you can plan on how to spend it.
