Many domain investors find that many people promise to purchase the domains yearly yet refuse to buy even one domain legally. The domain renewal fees are pretty high for investors with a large number of domains, so if they keep renewing the domains and the buyers do not purchase the domains, it can lead to great losses for the domain seller. In some cases, the frauds making fake promises are falsely claiming to own the domains and are also getting government salaries and great powers only for faking domain ownership since 2010. What should a business owner do if a person has not paid for domains despite making promises for more than ten years?

If people promise to buy but then they backout from the deal, you can take legal action if you already have written agreement, if the consent on buying and selling was just verbal, there is nothing you can do. If the the promise was made online, then there is no chance to go ahead with the sale. You cannot force anyone to buy from you. However, if you are experience the same thing repeatedly, you need to find out why your potential buyers are refusing to buy.
