Some employees or workers are sincere, while others are charming liars who often get away with their lies. For example, doctors and nurses complained that a caretaker was not looking after the patient during the night shift; he was wandering about in the hospital. When questioned, he denied everything; he claimed he was always with the patient and was only left to get medicines. Since there is no logical reason why the doctor would complain if the caretaker remained at the bedside, what is the best way to deal with a liar worker who refuses to admit his fault? Can we eliminate the liar worker as soon as possible?
