If you have plans of getting into business for yourself what are the things you should consider, your mindset is the number one thing you should pay attention, treat your job like a business and don't just get comfortable, get a calendar and give yourself an ultimatum on when you'll quit which will motivate you to grow your business.

Also, your salary shouldn't be spent on a lifestyle, save all of that for later, invest your money in your business, by using such approach, you're navigating your job as a business owner and you're putting in a considerable amount as a saving, it will be way easier to leave the job and focus on the business faster.

When you have your own business, you can of course become an employee in your own company. When you work for others, you only work in the department where you are employed, for instance, if you are in sales, you only work in sales department, you do not have to work in manufacturing department. However, as an entrepreneur, you will have to work on all departments as you cannot afford to lose your business. You will have to oversee everything from production to marketing.

This will let employees work better if the boss considers himself as an employee inside the company and things will go better, because this feeling of superiority will let the boss fail to transmit a message to the team about what is happening every day.
