Gen Z is the term used for people who are born in this millennia and are less than 24 years of age. If you look at the various generations, you will see Gen Z are the people who are living life to their fullest and enjoy life with happiness and fin. If you look at them, you will see they are not working too much for cash. Sure, they want cash, but they don't want to be work 12 hours for it. They work just enough to cover their needs, and they start saving, investing, and building their own business. In other words they are making their money work for them. They are exercising financial freedom by choosing high paying jobs and then using money to build wealth.
