Making money is very important to pay your bills, save for future, and invest to grow your wealth. However, without knowing how to manage your spending properly, you cannot reach your goal of making money. So, what is the best strategy to manage your spending? Well, my favourite strategy is to keep total spending (rents, utility bills, grocery, etc.) below 50 percent of your total income. If you spend more than 50 percent of your income on your necessities, your financial health may suffer. You should be using the rest of your income to save for bigger purchase (a house for example), save for emergency or retirement, invest, etc.
