Often, families will hire caretakers to care for their aged parents or other family members who are not well. The caretakers are expected to accompany the senior citizen or patient when hospitalized. Sometimes, the caretaker, especially if young and single, may flirt with the hospital staff, female nurses, and doctors or may not obey their instructions. What is the best way to deal with employees or workers against whom the hospital or other staff is complaining? Is it best to dismiss the caretaker or worker as soon as possible or inform him about the complaint and ask him to refrain from similar behaviour in the future?
