Their are qualities a leader should have and when you see these signs in you, you are probably a Leader already or planning to be one. Here are the qualities:
Effective Communication
Can you clearly and concisely give ideas and listen attentively? If you can do this or already doing it then you should check others to be sure you are fully ready to be a leader.
Problem Solving Skills
Can you find solutions to daily problems? This is not a common skill, if you have this, you are almost there.
Empathy and Support
Understand and support teams even in their needs and emotional instability.
Responsibility
So many people cannot take responsibility. Can you? Take responsibility for activities and stand for the outcome.
Vision and inspiration
When you have a clear vision, you will inspire others.
