Untapped niches are where the money is in business, there are a lot of business one can start but most people have no idea about how to go about it, this can make them not to take action or lack initiative, I think as someone just getting started in business it's important to figure out business that are already successful and get started there.

Because you don't need a proof of concept, market testing or any other type of market research, you can just get started since there's already a demand for such business, it's advisable to learn from those already successful in it.

A practical way to spot untapped or less crowded niches is to look at existing markets and find specific problems people keep complaining about but are not well solved. Forums, reviews, and comments are great for this. Instead of chasing something completely new, narrowing down a proven business to a specific audience, use case, or location often reveals good opportunities that others overlook.
